At The Goodnight Ritual, each piece is carefully selected to support your evening routine. Because many of our items ship directly from trusted partners, our return policy is structured to ensure clarity and fairness for both you and our suppliers.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Item must be in original packaging
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

Body oils and skincare products
Personal care items (including brushes, rollers, and tools)
Intimate apparel and sleepwear
Opened or used products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders are processed quickly and may already be in fulfillment, so cancellation is not guaranteed.
